బ్యాంకు నిండా డబ్బు, బ్యాగ్ లోనికి రాకపోయే
ఛెస్ట్ నిండా డబ్బు , చేతికి రాకపోయే
నిన్ను చూడ ముచ్చటాయే, ముట్టుకొనుట చేతకాకపోయే
అమ్మ లక్ష్మి కటాక్షమిచ్చే, బందీఅయ్యే అద్దపుగోడలలో
అమ్మ నిన్ను తాకలేని రోజు, రోజు గడవని రోజు
కరుణించి కాపాడి, నీ నిజ దర్శనమియ్యవమ్మా తల్లి లక్ష్మీ .......

ReplyDeleteMoney is lodged in the hands of a few. Demonetisation destroyed the movement of goddess Lakshmi in the lives of commoners. As the poem rightly exposes, her mercy is always sought after by BPL families. Good poem.
