BHRAMA : I cannot concentrate even on a devotional programme (Rudraabhishekam to cite an example) without filling my belly in view of my health problem. Starving to exhibit our sincerity is not a correct approach as well said in our scriptures. Upavasam is sitting near God but not starving. Eating is our frugal necessity. Ramam
